Job Description

Spirit Jersey® is looking for a detail-driven Apparel Production Assistant to join our production team onsite at our Vernon, CA facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing purchase orders, work orders, and workflow visibility through A2000 , helping us keep operations smooth, efficient, and on track. 🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Create, issue, and manage Full Package POs , Cut POs , and Work Orders using A2000.
  • Track and stage Work Orders throughout the production cycle—keeping data current and production teams aligned.
  • Close out Work Orders and maintain detailed records to ensure production traceability and accuracy.
  • Monitor and update Work In Progress (WIP) reports—identify delays and coordinate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist with process improvements to get the most out of the A2000 system.
  • Responsible for sample photos and tracking
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Direct experience with A2000 (especially production modules) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Full Package Production , Cutting , and Work Order Management .
  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
📌 Additional Details
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
  • Work Location: Onsite in Vernon, CA (In-Person Role)
  • Physical Requirements: Sitting, walking, bending, and lifting as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Pay: $20–$23/hour
