Kiddie Academy of Ashburn is looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, guiding families through their childcare journey, and supporting the growth of our academy.

Duties

The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in driving enrollment by:

• Responding promptly to new inquiries and scheduling tours
• Conducting engaging and informative family tours
• Supporting families through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Building strong community partnerships to increase referrals
• Coordinating marketing and outreach initiatives
• Maintaining an accurate waitlist and enrollment data
• Assisting with tuition information and agency referrals when needed

This position offers flexibility ? we?re open to part-time or full-time candidates depending on your experience and availability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, education, enrollment, or related fields
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and tech skills (email, CRM/lead management systems, etc.)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must pass a background check
