Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Department in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and client events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event logistics are in place
Manage event materials and maintain inventory
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection
Support the marketing team with event-related communications and collateral preparation
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and budget tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
