Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Department in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and client events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event logistics are in place

  • Manage event materials and maintain inventory

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection

  • Support the marketing team with event-related communications and collateral preparation

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and budget tracking

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
