We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning and execution of corporate, community, and branded events. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and enthusiastic about event production. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to ensure all events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including vendor communication, venue preparation, catering, and transportation
Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
Help with managing event timelines, supply inventories, and equipment logistics
Maintain accurate records of budgets, schedules, and post-event reports
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
Provide administrative support including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
Respond to client and attendee inquiries professionally and promptly
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a similar support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
