We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to help coordinate and execute various events on behalf of our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring events run smoothly from planning to completion, contributing to the overall success of the company’s outreach and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and client events

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, transportation, and catering

  • Prepare event materials, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure alignment

  • Support on-site operations during events, including setup and takedown

  • Maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets

  • Gather feedback post-event and help with performance reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
