We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to help coordinate and execute various events on behalf of our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring events run smoothly from planning to completion, contributing to the overall success of the company’s outreach and engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and client events
Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, transportation, and catering
Prepare event materials, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure alignment
Support on-site operations during events, including setup and takedown
Maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets
Gather feedback post-event and help with performance reporting
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or customer service is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
