Ready Mix Manager
Position Overview
This is a skilled position requiring the individual to manage a variety of functions related to the field operations, and administrative functions of the ready-mix Department in our Pueblo, Canon City and southeastern Colorado locations . Individual should have working knowledge of ready-mix concrete application, customer relations, mix design, inventory management, production, delivery and testing. This position requires daily planning of both manpower and equipment so as to obtain maximum utilization. Position reports to the OpCo General Manager with a dotted line to Sales Manager.
Wage Ranges from $125k to $140k, dependent upon experience
